Roadside assist cancelled for over use? I guess?

Can a membership be cancelled due to using the service for more than the average use that Good Sam says? I would like to talk to someone!!!!!!So i get a letter today from Good Sam Roadside Assistance ...

Yes. Why? It’s “insurance.” Why should CW or anyone continue to do business with you and lose money? You’ve been out of the real world too along. If you worked for me and I didn’t make any money from your services, good employee or not,....bye.
