What is 'average'? If GS cancels policies that use more than average, then average changes. Eventually, anyone using the service even once will be over 'average'.
If you think that's something, did you know Amazon will cancel your account if you return too many items? No matter what the issue, they keep a tally and will drop you like a hot potato. There is no recourse either. When the person who is dropped tries to contact them, they read some script about your membership wasn't active and hangs up. Been reading about it on another forum.
