Roadside assist cancelled for over use? I guess?

Can a membership be cancelled due to using the service for more than the average use that Good Sam says? I would like to talk to someone!!!!!!So i get a letter today from Good Sam Roadside Assistance ...

Why would Coachnet want to take on a customer that uses the service in excess. Surely they check past history or do you just fail to tell them about the abuses of the past.
