Roadside assist cancelled for over use? I guess?

Can a membership be cancelled due to using the service for more than the average use that Good Sam says? I would like to talk to someone!!!!!!So i get a letter today from Good Sam Roadside Assistance ...

I see this issue as no different than standard insurance issues. You file too many claims and you get your policy canceled.....( or rates raised massively ).
