I can certainly understand your frustration 'BadBikeJoe' - but I've seen similar happenings with many auto insurance companies due to "excessive" claims. It's a fact of life that profit is the reason for business as they are in business to make money.

I have had Good Sam Emergency Roadside Service for years and just experienced another positive service outcome. Last night while driving back to my campsite after leaving the storm shelter I ended up in a ditch. The campground streets were flooded and my driver side wheels slipped into a ditch. Called GS this morning and within 1 hour I was out of the ditch. Easy breezy lemon peezy :) The tow crew were friendly and professional.
Yes. I am in Mississippi and had tornadoes all around me. In this campground there was no damage or injury. We were very lucky.

I would bet they notified you after two times that you had a problem

Were are 3 tows and the lock out on YOUR vehicle?

AAA started limiting services and not renewing due to folks using card/benefits on 'friends/family' vehicles
