Well I guess it pays to complain! Rec'd a call from Marcus a few minutes ago. As I stated in my original complaint, the App will NOT accept a Cdn postal code to register, so it will not work for any Cdn members. He said that they are working on that and several other problems and it should all be fixed in a few months.
Quite frankly I don't believe this App will ever be of any use. BUT, at least someone finally responded to my complaints.
