Stacy you have been looking into this for over a year. Every time I call with the information I have heard the same line so sorry this happened .that is the reason I cancelled your Service after being a member for 25 yrs with your $219.00 platium plus plan.you have had several opportunity to make it right so I see no need to further contact you .

Very important for her to go to the top of the list for being off the road.she should of went to the top.we were only in the break down lane with 18 wheelers passing within feet of the vehicle and they let us down.

What does made it right mean?
The two times they called me and admitted they were wrong THEY did nothing.except say were sorry it should of never happened and that was as far as it went.

I have only had to use my roadside assistance one time. My wife was driving home in her car during a pretty bad snow storm and slid off of the road close to home. We called good Sam and were told that due to the volume of calls, it could be a while to get a truck sent out. We got a call about 5 minutes later and were told that a truck was on the way from 30 miles away. She was put at the top of the list because she was off of the road, not just stuck in a parking lot. I was impressed by GS because a friend that had AAA had to wait 3 hours for the same service.

Next time....insist on being transferred to a supervisor.
