Roadside assistance

I have had two times I requested roadside assistance and could not get any satisfaction or help. I have sent responses by email when I get a questionnaire and NO response. It will be interesting to know if anyone at Good Sams really care!

  • Like most of these we will likely never hear the whole story of what happened to cause the issue or how it was resolved.
  • The new member got a response from the administrator. It's not the way I would have handled it, but I hope it comes to a satisfactory conclusion.

  • We have carried Good Sam Roadside Assistance for several years. Twice we have had a problem and complaint and after discussions with them, Good Sam did what was necessary to make us happy campers. If you are reasonable in your expectations I think they are willing to help you. We will not hesitate to renew when the time comes.
