I am no fan of GSE and am critical of the Road Service when they don;t perform. I am no apologist for GSE as many of you know.
But in this case IF you had had a spare tire this road service call may have gone very differently.
I just cannot see how it is GSRA's fault that the tow company cant find a certain type tire on a Sunday. Keeping in mind that yours is not the only call the Tow company is taking and the one guy on duty is probably plenty busy.
I think in all fairness you do share responsibility for this situation.
As for no call back. This is a legitimate issue and one that needs addressing.
Criticism is only effective if it's fair and honest.
