Roadside Non-Assistance
To whom it might concern:
I have been a member roughly about a year and have had 3 occasions to call on your roadside service. The first 2 were OK after taking a while for you to find and contract with a technician in my area. The 3rd one which occurred on July 12 at approx 4:30 pm in the Durham NC area is somewhat of a nightmare.
I called your Roadside number after having a blow out on my 5th wheel and needing someone to change it with spare that I had, was put on hold for approx. 30 minutes only to be told someone would call me once they found someone to help me. No estimate of time at all. After an hour, I decided to try and change and due to heart attack and surgery less than 5 months before was hesitant to try but needed to try as this call was not coming. I was able to change in about 25 minutes and get back on road. However, here we are over a week later and still have not received a call back. I could be sitting on the side of the road for all they're concerned. On July 14, I called into Customer Service to register my complaint and spoke with Nathan that gave me an Action Item #45754 and said it would be several days before someone would call me and I've waited several days, called back today July 2O and some guy said it would be 2 to 3 weeks before I would get a call back. What kind of service is this? Good Sam is not Good to me right now!
