Roadside sent the mobile tech to the wrong place!

They admit they sent them to the wrong address and now they are saying I'm responsible for the charges ?!?!?!? Marcus - what's your opinion on that ? Are you willing to lose my rv and auto ins...

That is absurd but quite typical of the level of customer service from Camping World/Good Sam.

Think about it: if they did things the right way and empowered local managers to resolve problems, there would be no need for the "Rapid Response Team."
