Recently, I purchased a new RV from CW. My membership was upgrade to Elite. With this membership I'm suppose to get a greater discount on fuel. This is not happening. Does anyone have a problem with this?

I'd just call them. We bought 5 yrs roadside service and went down to where we store our rv it would not start. We went over to Longmont Colorado CW the girl at the check out counter said we did not have it. I knew for a fact we did but didn't have my folder with me. We paid 79.00 for a year and I was frustrated so we went home. We live 27 miles from CW. Got home found all the paperwork made the call and customer service rep said yes we have tons of coverage. The customer service is in Colorado. So maybe the same thing happened with your plus card.
