screwed by camping worlld

Called over a month ago to canx the Roadside Assistance and went back to AAA long story short contacted them on this as have seen no refund and I was paid thru this may gee guess what I was not canx so sorry about that so there goes the refund on the remaining time left the guy on the phone at customer service said they do not do the refunds , I called it BS and just dropped it never again will I use anything from Camping World they have a lot of great dealers here locally and I will support them from now on. and with this I sign off this RvV net to all happy trails

  • AAA Premier plans cover truck and trailer and allows for 4 tows a year and here in NV it’s 119 bucks a year. You get 1-200 mile and 3-100 mile tows allowed per year plus the other things such as lockouts, jumpstarts and gas deliveries.
  • Just an important note as I went through this. AAA will not tow you if you have a trailer, like I do. They want you to disconnect the TT and will just tow the TV. I have GS as they will tow all of it.
  • might double check your AAA plan some don,t honor if your out of your home state.
  • I cancelled Good Sam road service because of their poor service They refunded almost all of the one year preium.
  • Generally, when you purchase a service for a one year term, there will be a cancellation fee charged for an early termination. There is likely not a refund due since 9 months have already lapsed and the OP had coverage. No different then a RV park with daily and monthly rates. You can't sign up for the monthly rate, stay 10 days and then get refunded based on the monthly rate divided by 30. You would be charged the daily rate and likely charged an additional cancellation fee since you took the site out of inventory for those remaining 20 days. That often means no refund.
