Ella just a couple days after my post and sending you my info I received a call from the New Finance Manager at CW Georgetown. He left a message on my machine. Check was ready to go out. Still no credit towards my loan. Still paying interest on something I don't even have. If my figures are correct the interest on the refund amount is a little over $100.00. I have followed the cancellation instructions in each contract in a very very timely manor. All services were cancelled. So far it has costs me over $100.00 more than it ever should have. NOT a happy camper as a first time customer with CW. - uncle_tExplorermarcus-

Purchased Camper Trailer June 10, 2017, canceled all extra add-ons(Extended Service, Roadside, Tire & Wheel, and GAP)that were not included in the promotion in writing per each contract in less than the 30 days. Services were all canceled. As of today still no refunds. Georgetown, KY CW Dealer/Finance says out of his hands but 'They' will cut a check for 100% refund. I've not been able to find out who the 'They' contact person is. While waiting for 'They' to cut the check I am paying 5.74% interest since June on the costs of services I don't even have. Can someone offer some help, please?
