For any Life members who want to receive the new card, we are happy to provide! The Swipe & Save version of the Life membership card is provided on a by-request basis because some Life Members are no longer active, many already have the Pilot Flying J RV Plus Charge Card and are saving more than the 3¢, some use other fuel card programs or are simply not interested in the Swipe & Save discount at Pilot Flying J. Sending the card on a by-request basis allows us to use the dollars we would have otherwise spent to develop other benefits and services.

Thanks for the response. May I suggest you add a note on the website that Lifetime members need to ask for it. You only mention that renewing members receive it.
