Yet they are the biggest, People accept poor quality or service when the price is low, and the experience is as expected. With McD you know the Big mac isnt great, but you also know it wont be overly bad, and the expectation will be met. You are made comfortable by those expectations being met. CW and other big chains can offer poor service, as long as price is where you expect it, and experience meets your idea of normal for there.
