The call center rep hit me for UPSALES
on:
4 year renewal to C to C
Renew NOW Save $5.00
Start automatic billing
and a whole lot of other stuff.


When I finally asked her to "Stop upselling :
me", she said "Just doing my job"

Besides all the junque mail coming from G.S Enterprises
and the money spent.

WHY ARE THEY SO INTRUSIVE?
