I would like to thank you and the Good Sam Response Team for the emails confirming the expiration dates for my Roadside Assistance and TravelAssist plans.
If I should have been charged a higher rate for the GSRA plan, please advise me or have your team contact me with instructions or an invoice. I will gladly pay the correct fees.

Just call into member services 24/7 at 1-800-234-3450 and we will confirm member number to keep and extend it the correct amount of time you have made purchases for. Anyone can assist you, pleae mention that you have two different member numbers for GSRA.

How many of the other members are you doing this to that may not even realize they are not receiving goods promised.
I have been a staunch defender of Roadside Assistance on this forum in the past, but this smells strongly of incompetence, stupidity or fraud.

Ok, I researched your payments through CW on those promotions. The $112.95 payment was for our standard level of GSRA in which you have platinum. We were honoring 2 for 1's on Platinum at the Member Services phone # so I am extending your current Platinum membership 2 years. Please discard/destroy the GSRA standard cards you have good through 7/6/14 and I will send you new Platinum cards good through 1/3/16.

The GSTA cards you have good through 6/6/15 are the right cards. Prior to buying 2 years for $99 at CW, your GSTA had already expired on 1/27/13.

I'm correcting the GSRA platinum exp date now and will send you an email confirmation confirming the new exp date of 1/3/16 as well. If you have any further questions, just call member services at 1-800-234-3450.

The flyer said on June 6 and did not say if it applied otherwise.
Maybe they will fix it, but how many calls to people who go duh will it take. It should not be that way.

I just purchased it. Is that deal still good.? They did not say a word to me about that deal.
