Speedy service today

I wasn't towing today but I had a breakdown while coming home from town. The drive shaft center support bearing on my F150 decided that it was going to give up about 1/2 mile from home. I remembered my Good Sam Roadside Assistance membership and gave them a call. I waited on hold for about 5 minutes and the dispatcher informed me that someone would be arrive within an hour to tow my truck to the local Ford dealer. The roll back truck arrived about 20 minutes later and hauled my truck to the repair shop.
I am happy to say that on this occasion, Good Sam Raodside Assistance provided exceptional service.
