Stereo/TV Installation
Over New Year's I was able to go camping. I spent the better part of two hours trying to figure out why I'm not getting stereo audio out of the Jensen TV that was installed at the time I purchased the trailer. My best guess is that it's simply not hooked up right.
Now, I'm not afraid of electronics, so I pulled the radio & tried to see what might be unhooked there. While it may not be hooked up properly I can't tell because I can't see the back of the TV. It is mounted in such a way that there is absolutely NO way I can get it off of the bracket to see the hookups on the back -- again a shortcoming of the installers at Camping World.
So my question is this. Would the faulty operation of the TV (not playing through the stereo as it should) AND improper installation (not being able to get it off from the mounting bracket) be covered under our extended warranty? What course of action should I take, since the faulty installation of the TV at the time of purchase is impeding any troubleshooting I can do on my own.
