Still in Business?

Question

I sent a check to renew my membership on Dec 12, 2015, it was cashed on Dec 15, 2015 but I have not received any confirmation or new cards. I have been calling 800-839-0347 for two days and all I get are busy signals. I'm up to 20 redials today.

We have enjoyed great service before. Hope all is well and I am covered.

Ok, I see that 800-842-5351 is the number to call. The gentleman is resending my renewal cards. Thanks!
