Still in Business?

I sent a check to renew my membership on Dec 12, 2015, it was cashed on Dec 15, 2015 but I have not received any confirmation or new cards. I have been calling 800-839-0347 for two days and all I get are busy signals. I'm up to 20 redials today.

We have enjoyed great service before. Hope all is well and I am covered.

So....what is that number for ?
If it is the "service" number, then it seems all the subscribers have a big problem; much bigger than not getting a new card.

Why not just call it if your interested?

    BECAUSE:
    1) One doesn't get much information from a busy signal.
    AND
    2) If that IS a service number for something, they should be handling customer service needs and not answering curiosity calls.
  • You would expect GSRA to monitor Honda Care Assistance Line. HUH
How about it Sam Spade? You are such a GS LOVER. :o
  • Hi all,

Just as a follow up the best number for our member services department is 800-842-5351. I hope this helps!

  • I Googled the phone number the op provided and it comes up as the Honda Care assistance line.
