Another totally dissatisfied GSRS customer here.
Called 9/21/14 at 2:33 pm. Was told 1 1/2 hour.
Told them I have a f-350 4 door 8ft bed w/diesel.
Tow company [Statewide of Pine Beach NJ] @ 4:30 pm I called them direct - told them f-350 and size. They told me another 1 hr. called at 6:30 "where are you? " they stated they had a "long tow and were coming in another 1 hr. AGAIN I stated truck size. Mean while when GSRS center called I informed them of the long wait AND MY TRUCK SIZE. AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
At 8:10 pm [Almost 6 hrs later] the tow company showed up WITH A TRUCK TOO SMALL FOR MY TRUCK. What a total screw up operation.
Call GSRS -Everybodys sorry blah blah BS!!!
GSRS tells ME "we will call in morning @ 8 am and tell you the new tow company.
Guess what? NO CALL!!! I call them at 8:35 Start all over again with the incompetence.
AGAIN I tell GS operator my truck size of-- they have to call back to ask me the truck size [idiots] I get todays tow company -one I know from work. I call them with my truck size. Imagine my complete surprise at the fact GSRS dopes DID NOT tell them the truck size. [MORONS!!!]
I had used GSRS in the past with success- even recommended them to many, NOW I will be seeking a total refund and will find a service that has not turned to complete garbage. GSRS YOU SUCK

PS still waiting 19 freaking hours later. Could you imagine if you were stuck of the highway with your family this long while GSRS jerked your chain?
Did I say GSRS sucks? Yeah but it DOUBLE sucks!!!
PS decent tow guy showed up @ 1035 today. Thanks Grones towing at least one person in 10 knew what they were doing.

This is going to be interesting to watch. The GS Kool-Aid Brigade will be on shortly putting all the blame on mjrfd99. They will be relentless. How dare this guy speak ill of GS? I can hear it now......
