I've been with GSRA for over 10 years. Used a few times and never had a problem until recently and oh, boy was that a mess.
From reading these threads, and from personal experience, it appears that their level of service is on a rapid decline. Sad, they use to be good.
I dont trust them anymore. You never know the type of individual they send to your RV when you are stranded.
