You guys are really making me rethink my continued purchasing of this service. I know this is just guess work, but does anybody have a clue how much it would cost to have a F350/3500 and FW towed for about 40 miles? I know my insurance company will reimburse me for towing, but I don't know how much. It's time for me to do some research and figure out the best solution.
Like I mentioned before, I've used GSRA for 20 years, and had three tows during that time. But those were several years ago. If poor service is now an ongoing issue, I need to rethink my options.
