I had the same experience on the 99 near Fresno. Coach-Net said they sent someone, who never showed up. When I called in and said no one showed, they said they did, and as far as they were concerned the service was rendered. Coach-Net refused to send anyone else, nor would they reimburse me for the Company I had to call so I could be on my way. I did not have a jack tall enough to jack up the rig.
