Well if any are still watching this post- GSRS is trying to make things right, as much as they can since the problem is in the past tense.
I've been contacted by GS reps [multiple people] that truly seem to want to make sure this does not happen again. They have reviewed the call on tape and responded back to me honestly- no excuses just the truth as I originally stated.
I can say the Tow company -GRONES- they sent after Statewide [NO] towing failed miserably, was very good. Hopefully GSRS will use them and kick Statewide off their network.
