Thank you for the posts. I apologize if any of the renewal or marketing mail processes have caused you any undue stress. We recently reviewed the pull process for renewal notices including the time for receipt and found that on average they take approximately 15 days to be received. On average we pull these offers 30 days prior to mailing knowing that some of them will be going to snowbirds and full-timers. Our intent is to ensure that all of our members have the opportunity to renew prior to expiring. We do have an automatic renewal option that doesn't send renewal notices. Instead members receive a postcard letting them know that their credit card has been charged. If a member is receiving unwanted mail they can call member services and choose the mail you would like to receive.
