63 coupe: The swipe and save is not a credit card. There is no exchange rate problem. It is the same as the FJ loyalty card. Gets you a 3 cent discount. You still have to swipe your CC. BTW: What bank offers no foreign exchange surcharge. I do not know how much you travel in the US but an American bank account with a US address solves a lot of problems. You can buy funds from a currency exchange house at a better rate than any bank. No surcharge. Mail the funds to your US bank. You would also have a US debit card. No worries about inputing Canadian zip codes. You can also register with xe.com and transfer funds via bill pay to your US account. On Edit: I just reread your post and although you titled it swipe and save your discussion was about the RV plus card. Confusing.
