Swipe and Save Card--Still waiting for mine

What do I need to do to get my swipe and save card? I've called at least three times and been told each time that "I should have received it already and they will order it again" I still haven't received it. What can I do for GS to meet the expectations of their promises.

  • Have them confirm your address with you......ask them what address do you have on file for me......

    I've learned more than once that my mailing address does not get put on mail, they use my residence address! Where we live there is no mail delivery, we must go to the post office (our PO hours are 10am to noon) to get our mail, and if we have a relief person at the post office and it is addressed to a street address it will be returned to sender!!!!!

    Sometimes it could be as simple as a wrong address!!!
