Thanks Good Sam for denying my insurance, Allstate's better

I have had Good Sam insurance for 7 years on my old trailer. Last year we sold the old trailer and I did not renew my insurance. Unfortunately, I did not notify Insurance. Just didn't renew. My mistak...

They called it a "lapse"? That's nutty.

A lapse is:

You have insurance
It expires and go uninsured for a span of time
Then you try to insure the same vehicle with either the same company or a different one

If you didn't do that, it wasn't a lapse.

Glad you got a better (no-hassle) deal elsewhere.
