Here are the additional charges.
1. After hours tire mount. 165.50
2. Large tire disposal. 15.00
3. Sonsio 3 yr Warranty. 43.50
4. Brass Valve Stems. 10.50
5. Fed excise tax. 65.02
6. Sales tax. 146.57
Total. 444.59
By the way I am only disputing the cost of the tire and the age of the tire. I called Transit Pros and GS and after repeated calls ( some returned some not) I was offered a $50.00 settlement which I immediately refused. After posting here I did receive a call from GS that promised some significant action would be taken. I requested a $200 dollar settlement which I do not think is unreasonable.
When I arrived home I replaced all four of my rear tires with new tires at a cost of $1350.00 mounted and balanced. (Not the same quality as the tire provided by Transit Pro but good enough to complete a 7000 mile trip to Alaska and back. I am keeping the tire supplied by Transit pro as a spare. I might even mount it to avoid this problem in the future. Thanks for your responses.
