More than fair in my opinion. And, I've used them a couple of other times (once on the road and once as I was pulling into the RV park and setting up). No complaints whatsoever.
I'd suggest posing your specific "no phone service" question directly to them in advance.
Were you able to get a check without sending in receipts and filing a claim? If so How did you do it?
