Travel Assist / Re-Visited

I posted many " CONCERNS " about the Travel Assist program . However , since then I have spoken with MGMT in GS , as well as the CLAIMS DEPT. for the Underwriter... and find that while there are SOME elements that are a bit unclear , as with ANY insurance agreement , it is WORTH THE MONEY , and I have re-joined it, with a good feeling.

I will say that for ' DETAILED ' questions .. you MUST call the CLAIMS DEPT. for the carrier... and not rely on GS Customer Service to be fully knowledgeable in their attempts at answers. They do call you back.
