travel assist question

I was given the travel assist insurance free when I bought my camper from CW. In the documents it says you are only covered if goodsam knows about your trip. How do I do this other than using the trip planner and creating a plan for the trip?

    Good Morning Cookiebush98,

    Travel Assist is a medical emergency group. What they mean by "Good Sam must know" is that the Good Sam Travel Assist team must be notified of the incident sooner rather than later in order to cover there portion of the medical emergency.
