Travel assistance away from home

We are waiting at CW to see if they can fix our AC? The guy told us it could be up to 5 days after they get approval if it has to be replaced. Will GS RA pay for our lodging and meals in the meantime?

  • Why would the OP be out of a place to stay? Come back in 5 days and get it replaced. You stay in your rv until then.
  • You need to call Itasca and request with them, not good sam. Itasca should also pay for the AC if it is a brand new RV.
  • It should not take more than 5 hours to replace the a/c. A new coach warranty should solve the problem.
  • I like the way you think peaches! This is a brand new itasca navion, our first week of use. I'm p-o'd to say the least. It'll be two days.
  • I feel $500 per night and $300 per day for food would be reasonable compensation for a in-operative a/c. :S

    Surely you jest.
  • Reading the online description of services, doesn't seem to be part of roadside assistance; however, may be a part of the extended warranty plan.
