Trip Planner losing trips

When I signed into my account today, my trip planner is only showing trips from 2015. There were at least 3 trips for 2016 that are missing. I see that this topic has been mentioned before, but the last post indicated the topic was closed without any resolution. Is there any way to resolve this?

    I apologize that you have lost your trips. I was able to look up your account information and well forward it over to our tech support team to see if we can recover your trips.
