Trip Planning App
My membership expires in May 2018. I tried to use the trip planner and received a membership expired message. I called the 800 number and was told that my email was not up to date so until that was updated I could not use the service. After a series of tedious questions that were already on my profile including my email address, I was informed I would not be able to access the trip planner for 72 hours. I was a bit frustrated, because I wanted to use this service for an trip this weekend. When I asked if this could be expedited, the service rep hung up on me. I called back and talked to a different service rep who told me the trip planner was taken off line. Poor service, poor representative and bad attitude. Doubt I will renew or even consider the other "services" Good Sam Club offers. Did I just catch them on a bad day, or is this the norm?
