Trip routing drop down

Not able to use the trip routing feature. I have previously contacted Good Sams to let them know and then received word that it should now work...NO IT DOESN'T. My account expiration date is also incorrect, of which I recently informed GS.
Anyone else not able to route a trip??

  • Thanks for the reply. Got on the site and it is NOW WORKING. I suspect the problem happened in the renewal process. It was treating me as a NEW member and I had to register all over again. Glad it is working for me. It's a very helpful feature.
  • I've noticed from monitoring this site that sometimes the same member will have more than one account which will mess up renewal dates as well as result in multiple mailings from GS and CW. A phone call or message to Wes Robinson should correct this.

    Regarding the trip planner; since many have no problems with this something unique to your computer, your account, or possibly your internet provider is blocking access. Hopefully someone from GS can help. If you wanted to trouble shoot a little yourself, go to the public library and try to log on from there and see if the planner works. Could help isolate the problem.
  • I can log onto the site, with my name popping up to welcome me. When I choose the Trip route icon, another log in comes up, even though I AM LOGGED IN. If I retype the log-in info and enter it, it does the same thing...weird for sure. My account expiration date is also wrong which I have also contacted them about. Funny...Good Sams never has any trouble getting my money for the membership OR the roadside assistance!
  • You didn't say how it fails for you. Just tried it from an Ipad and it worked fine. Can you explain further?
