Trouble getting service

We took our motorhome to the Camping World in Mesa AZ last week. We have a few items to be repaired under our extended service plan. They looked everything over and got all the numbers to get it approved and order parts. We left early Thursday to come back to Wellton to our RV lot. We did tell them we were in a hurry to head north. It’s now 6 days later and we can’t seem to get any info from Camping World. Called the extended service plan and they haven’t even heard from them yet!! How do we get them moving??
