It is indeed a strange world.....I think if I were Mr. Marcus, I would say...yes, the customer is always right, but sometimes, even when we do everything right, and even when we don't, we try to fix it. As much as we have tried to please you, Mr. Avenue...might I suggest you might perhaps find what you are looking for with our competitor down the street? Oh, and by the way, our Forum is open to all, but perhaps you too might find happiness at the Journey Owner's Forum.
