Unhappy with Good Sam Roadside Assisstance communication

Give me bad service once, I will work with you to fix the situation, but my money goes somewhere else thereafter. CW and GS may have a somewhat monopoly in the RV biz right now, but not at the rate they are going....

I was lucky my GSRA need went well. But I hear it is not the norm, unfortunately.
