Good Sam 3yr. Roadside Assisstance Membership

FYI Marcus.

I am more than annoyed at what you have sent me as a MEMBERSHIP to Good Sam Roadside Assistance. For $500.00 CAD I expected more.

The supposed membership card is embedded in a letter and cannot be copied. This card does not contain any information as to what to do in case of an emergency breakdown. That information is elsewhere.

I am going to send a copy of this letter to Marcus and ask him to send me my money back

    If you created an online account when you signed up with them (you should have), sign into it, go to My Account, then under Roadside Assistance, click View Roadside Assistance Card. You can cut and paste it (the image) into a note or take a screenshot and send it to your smartphone.
    If you ever need help call their toll free service number, and give them your name, the phone number associated with your account, or your account number if you know it, then tell them where you are and explain the problem. That's all they've ever asked me for.
    They haven't done physical plastic membership cards in a few years, if that's your issue.
