It might be time to get your state's insurance commissioner involved.
I had this insurance for a while, but not long. Since I had both a TT and a business-use cargo trailer, I wanted insurance that would cover both. The agent assured me that there was no problem covering both. When I got my policy in the mail later on, I read it (yes, I read those things!) and found that the policy specifically excluded a trailer used for business. They were happy to collect my premiums and list the cargo trailer on the front page as if it were covered, but if a claim ever came up I'm sure they would have pointed to the fine print and left me high & dry.
