Sorry, but by reading C.... Consignment is a conditional sales agreement. I doubt if your creative wording with " listing " is going to hold any weight. Why was it on consignment if you didn't enter into a proposed sales agreement?

It is unfortunate that happened to you. Legally, I doubt it will work in your favor, but hopefully, GMAC will step forward and take care of the claim.
