marcus just started a fund to help small businesses hurt by the recent bombing. He donated the first 1/2 million dollars. He really stepped up and timely.

No where near FEMA level. Granted it is major damage,but localized. We have had tornadoes here that did more wide spread damage and no FEMA involvement.
