Sounds like a Google search would have been about as useful. All they did was give you a phone number of a machanic.
True, but the thing I liked about using Good Sam is they handled it all for me. It was like having a secretary do the leg-work of finding a mobile mechanic for me. It was very nice. Also I hate using the internet on my phone, and at the time Disney did not have wifi in Fort Wilderness.
But the biggest benefit is the 3 times they've had to tow us to a repair shop. Once the fuel pump relays burned up (this was a precursor to the pump itself burning up), the second time was when the fuel pump burned up, and the last time was when the alternator died.
