Good Sam was able to put us in touch with a mobile RV mechanic who came out and bypassed the core until we could get home to our home mechanic for a permanent fix (that was a cold ride home! :) ).
Another time our fuel pump burned up and Good Sam got us towed to a repair shop. Another time our alternator died and again Good Sam got us towed to a repair shop.
Every time we've been stuck on the side of the road Good Sam has come through for us. It's worth every penny. I would not go out on the road in an RV without Good Sam insurance.

I've had similar experiences with their roadside support. They've come through every time.
