What does it take to get RSA cards issued?
I am still waiting for my RSA plastic cards. I have been waiting since 13 MARCH 2013. It is over three months with multiple inquires and no cards. On 13 May, a PM from the rapid response team indicated my cards would be sent in 7 to 10 days. As of today 23 June 2013, still no cards. I want my cards or I will cancel and go to a company that will respond to members in a timely manner.

As of today 19 June 2013, I still have not received my new hard plastic RSA member card. I sent a PM to the rapid response team on 13 May 2013 requesting my cards. Here is over four weeks later and still no cards. This is getting redicules having to wait over three months to get the cards. I am not going to wait four more weeks for my cards. Either get my cards to me with in 10 days or I will cancel my member ship to RSA, and I expect full refund of the cost of the RSA.
POSTED MAY 13 2013. "I renewed my Road Side Assistance on 13 Mar 2013. The first part of April, I called the number listed on the web for road side assistance and spoke with a representive. He stated my new cards showning the correct experation date would be arriving in two weeks. It is now 13 May 2013 and I still have not received my new cards. On this thread it has been stated it takes about 2 to 3 weeks for the new cards to arrive. It has also been stated it takes about 7 to 10 days for them to arrive. With all the problems many people have receiving new cards, it is apparent Good Sams Road Side Assistance needs to correct the problem with sending new cards. I do not want "temporary" cards, I want the hard plastic cards!"
