What has happened to professional customer service?

Is it possible to have someone contact me so I can talk about two poor customer service issues? I was willing to forget my first encounter but the second and third time it happened I figured it was time to voice my concern/complaint. We have GS insurance with National General.

    I agree that it was good it got resolved quickly for the OP but the CW/GS haters love to come and bash them so it would be nice to get a good resolution out there from time to time to shut up some of the yapping dogs.
