When to expect membership card

I joined the club at the Driftwood RV park in Brookings, Oregon on the 16th or 17th of August.

Paid $25 dollars to the park staff at the time of check in.
I did not receive any member info at that time.
I just filled out a card provided by the office staff.

As of today, Sept. 3rd, I have not received any US mail correspondence regarding the membership.

Is it reasonable to wait longer for the membership packet to arrive at my home address?.....
